Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education and the Medical University of Warsaw. Physiotherapist, manual therapist, and motor preparation trainer (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) with 7 years of experience. Has been collaborating with the Polish National Table Tennis Team for years. Specializes in therapy for orthopedic patients, chronic pain, and posture correction. As a motor trainer, he works with clients at various competitive levels, from top-league players to the general population who want to engage in sports at a higher level without experiencing injuries. He also supports children and youth in pursuing their sports dreams (Long Term Athletic Development). Continuously expands his knowledge by participating in numerous training courses and staying up-to-date with current scientific reports. Formerly a player in the Polish National Table Tennis Team (up to U21). Currently serves as a classifier for disabled table tennis players in the ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation). Privately, a husband, father of two little ones, sports enthusiast, and travel lover.

Graduate of Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Rehabilitation of Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. Physiotherapist, manual therapist, medical trainer. Participant in postgraduate courses and scientific conferences in the field of physiotherapy and sports, focusing on proprioceptive facilitation, manual therapy, and general training and physical activity. Member of the Polish Physiotherapy Association. He gained professional experience in many renowned institutions, such as the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, Clinical Hospital in Otwock, „Majdańska Team” Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center, Fizjoklinika Warsaw, and Legia Warsaw sports club. Using an individualized, holistic approach to each patient and varied functional diagnostics, he helps diagnose problems and return to full health. He uses a combination of manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness. He excels with every orthopedic patient – acute pain, chronic pain, post-operative conditions – these are his daily routine. He specializes in personal medical training, a method that helps forget about pain in the long term. Since starting his adventure with physiotherapy, he constantly strives to expand his knowledge about it, because as he claims – work and helping people is one of his greatest interests. Always smiling, the life of the party. Outside of work and study, he likes to travel, explore new places, and make acquaintances. An avid sportsman and fan who keeps up with current results. As an athlete, she knows perfectly well what professionalism, commitment, and teamwork mean. Since her studies, she has been associated with volleyball sports clubs, working in the medical staff as a physiotherapist. She is interested in orthopedic physiotherapy, treatment of pain and overload syndromes, and prevention of sports injuries of the musculoskeletal system. She collaborates with athletes from various disciplines. In her work, she uses knowledge gained from specialized courses, constantly expanding her competencies.

During numerous internships and traineeships at renowned clinics under the supervision of recognized physiotherapists, she gained professional experience and skills that today allow her to effectively deal with the problems her patients come to her with. Julia believes that the success of effective therapy lies in the engagement of both herself and the patient, which is why in her work she tries to find a golden mean between manual work and individually selected exercises. She helps patients recover from muscle, joint, and ligament injuries. She is very willing to help you get rid of pain of traumatic and overload origin.
Additionally, as a scar therapist, she works with scars and scar tissue. She tries to improve the aesthetics and mobilize post-operative scars, burn scars, and cesarean section scars. She specializes in the care of pregnant women and postpartum. She will certainly select appropriate training according to the capabilities of her patients.
In her free time after work, she likes to spend time planning new travels, both near and far.

I am a physiotherapist with extensive experience in various fields of rehabilitation, including orthopedic, post-operative, and dental. I also specialize in dry needling and kinesiotaping. No patient is unfamiliar to me: I have worked with adults, children, and even… animals. And with success! Whether you’re an office worker or an athlete, my experience allows me to tailor an appropriate physiotherapy plan. I believe that cooperation between the therapist and the patient is crucial, and I base the treatment process on this. I focus on working with the body and treat my occupation as an art. I am a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. I continuously expand my knowledge and skills by participating in numerous courses and training sessions. I have completed, among others, modules I and II of the CRAFTA course, which covers the treatment of pain and dysfunction in the cranio-mandibular and cranio-facial area, the Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) course, and the Dry Needling course. I have also completed the EPTE percutaneous electrolysis course. I am fluent in English and am currently learning Spanish. Graduate of the Faculty of Rehabilitation at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. Physiotherapist and medical trainer at Future Clinic in Warsaw, specializing in working with orthopedic patients and dealing with injuries and overuse syndromes in runners. He performs running technique analyses, during which he identifies technical aspects of running and the runner’s body functioning that may contribute to injuries.
He mainly focuses on medical training, finding balance in physical activity to strengthen without overloading.

In his work, besides exercises, he applies manual therapy and educates about ailments, prevention, and helps find motivation for regular training.
He dislikes rigid schemes, so he approaches each patient individually, paying attention to the whole person, not just the pain or ailments.

He conducts training sessions on strength training in back pain therapy. He also records his own podcast „Fizjokultura” (Physioculture), where he talks about physiotherapy and training in simple language.

He regularly engages in strength training and mountain running himself, continuously exploring these disciplines and developing his knowledge about therapy and prevention in both strength and running training.
